Chocolate Blueberry FroYo Clouds
Yield: 4 medium to large clouds or 8 small clouds
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 1-2 hours
Ingredients & Utensils
Mixing Bowl
Mixing Spatula or Spoon
Microwavable-safe Bowl
Extra Spoon
Tupperware or Baking Tray lined with parchment paper
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Milk Chocolate
Lets Get Cooking
1. Add Greek Yogurt, Maple Syrup and Vanilla to a mixing bowl. Combine with spatula or spoon. Now add the Bluberries, mix well.
CTD Tip: I used frozen blueberries but you can also use fresh!
2. Using the extra spoon, scoop fluffy, "cloud-like" dollops onto a tupperware or baking tray lined with parchment paper.
CTD Tip: The parchment paper helps to prevent the yogurt from sticking to the bottom of your tupperware or baking tray.
3. Chill in the freezer until yogurt is completley hard.
4. Melt milk chocolate with 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, stirring in 15 seconds intervals to prevent burning. You can also use the double-boiler method.
5. Dip your cloud into the melted milk chocolate.
CTD Tip: When dipping frozen yogurt clouds into warm melted chocolate, the melted chocolate will harden up immediatley and more chances of the frozen yogurt clouds breaking as you are dipping. So a tip here is to have your "clouds" on one spoon while pouring the melted milk chocolate from another spoon.
6. Chill in the fridge if your milk chocolate needs to harden.
Otherwise, enjoy your finger-licking Chocolate Blueberry FroYo Clouds guilt free!

Notes
1. Storage: This can be stored in the fridge for up to one week, or one month in the freezer.
2. Variations: Swap the blueberries for any fruit of your choice - Bananas, Strawberry, or even Apple slices!
