Tamarind Cilantro Cashew Sauce

This dressing was inspired after indulging in some Avocado Egg Rolls from the Cheesecake Factory with their signature Cilantro Sauce. However, like with any recipe, I added my own twist to make an absolutley delicious and addicting dressing that I know you will be making on repeat during the warmer Spring months!
Drizzle your homemade Tamarind Cilantro Cashew Sauce on various salads and the flavour combinations are incredible!

1 handful Cilantro (roughly chopped)
1 Tbsp Tamarind Sauce or Paste (see Notes!)
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar (substitute with Balsamic or White Vinegar)

Let's Get Cooking
1. Blend all ingredients with a splash of water for 2-3 minutes and until it becomes a vibrant green colour. At the CTD headquarters, the more Honey, the better this sauce tastes. However, adjust as per your taste preference.
2. Try this sauce along on our vegetarian twist to a Vietnamese Vermicelli Bowl

Notes
1. Substitution for Tamarind Sauce: Soak 1 tsp of Tamarind Paste in water and use about 1 Tbsp of that in this dipping sauce.
2. Storage: This can be stored in a small Tupperware or Glass Container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
