Tandoori Sweet Potato Wedges

IMG-1478.JPG

A roasted sweet potato recipe that is zero-waste and extremely delicious paired with our Hoisin Mayo and Spicy Mayo dipping sauces. Kissan Tandoori Masala is the main ingredient, however, you can always substitute this with Spanish Paprika. These wedges are crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. In my opinion, this is the perfect texture balance for potato wedges. Sprinkle some finely chopped green onion, serve with few wedges of lemon, cups of chai and our homemade dipping sauces!
